oven to hot
Hey everyone, I've recently just figured out that my oven is hotter than the average oven, and I'm here to share some advice, if any one ever has the same trouble that I did.
I would always prepare my batters and let them bake for the time that was in the recipe, but they would always burn. This oven we just got replaced our other oven that was always perfect temperature.
After being frustrated and wondering if I should even be baking, I decided to start checking everything in half the time the recipe calls for, and that was the trick. I don't know if any one has ever had this same kind of trouble, but I know know to cut the time in half which saves me from disasters!
