Planning to start a food truck stall!

Hi all,
Me and my friends are planning to start a new food truck stall. We are good at making sandwiches and drinks and so we were planning to start a part-time truck food stall. But for any business we need publicity, then only customers would know about the shops. And so we are planning to do a mobile vehicle advertising so that people would know about the stall. One of our uncles suggested us this idea, but we need to know if there are any other ways that to promote our stall?
