Lightbulb Easter is upon us

Hello everyone. Just thinking that we should start posting Easter cakes. Great ideas come from seeing different cakes! (cupcakes and cookies)Haven't but one small one myself. Didn't take pictures of all the ones I did in the bakery. This is a nice cake forum...lets start building!!!

I won't be doing an Easter cake, per se, but my son is being baptized on Easter Sunday and my mother's birthday is on Good Friday this year, so I'm doing cakes for both of them to have at Easter dinner. I'm thinking of doing flowers made of white chocolate modeling clay for my mother's cake; still working on ideas for the baptism cake, though. I did marzipan fruits for my nephew's baptism cake a few year's ago, but I don't want to copycat that.
