Default Easy Milk Cake Recipe

This yummy cake is very easy, and the best dessert ever that can be prepared quickly with few ingredients. Take a look at our Easy Milk Cake recipe.


For Milk Cake
  • 2¼ Cups Maida / All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 ¼ Cups Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 10 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 2 tsp baking powder


1)Sieve all purpose flour and baking powder twice and keep it aside.
2)In a large bowl beat eggs on high speed for 5-6 minutes or until thick in consistency.
3)Add sugar to egg batter gradually, now beat slowly until smooth.
4)In a saucepan heat butter and milk until butter melts.
5)Add this milk & butter mixture to egg batter gradually and beat until mixed well.
6) Then mix the above mixed batter and flour until smooth.
7) Now grease the cake tin with butter and pour the cake batter to the tin.
8)Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes on 180 degrees C or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

After cooling enjoy the yummy soft milk cake.

I didn't knew its this much easy to make a milk cake. I will definitely try this one.

Default Hot Milk Cake Recipe

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2-1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/4 cups 2% milk
10 tablespoons butter, cubed

In a large bowl, beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes or until thick and lemon-colored. Gradually add sugar, beating until mixture is light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour and baking powder; gradually add to batter; beat at low speed until smooth.
In a small saucepan, heat milk and butter just until butter is melted. Gradually add to batter; beat just until combined.
Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Yield: 12-16 servings.
