Default Peanut Butter Passion Cake

Ingredients:
2 c sugar
1 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 c flour
3/4 c cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 c coffee,room temp(or you can just sub water)
1 c buttermilk
Heat oven to 350
Grease 2 9in pans or 3 8in pans.
Mix sugar,oil,eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Slowly add the rest of the ingred and beat another 3min.
Pour into pans and bake 35~45 min.


FROSTING
~~~~~~~~

8 oz cream cheese,room temp
1 c peanut butter, creamy
1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 tsp salt
12 oz cool whip,thawed
**1/2 c Oreo crumbs
**2 c chopped peanut butter cups
**1/4 c chocolate syrup (optional)
Beat cream cheese,powdered sugar,salt and peanut butter til
smooth and then fold in cool whip.
Frost as normal.
