Default stacking advice please

Hello, making my daughter wedding cake and really need some advice please. The cake is 3 tiers, bottom 12inch X4 inch rich fruit cake covered in marzipan and fondant, middle 10inch X 6 inch dummy cake iced in fondant, top 6 inch X 8 inch dummy cake iced in fondant. There is not much weight on the real cake at the bottom, however there is the weight of the fondant and a large bunch of sugar flowers on the very top on the cake, would you dowel the fruit cake? I have to transport this cake and set it up on my own in a very short time frame after family photos. How would you do it? Could I dowel the whole cake together at home? and if so how many dowels would I need?I thought of doweling the dummies together and transporting the bottom cake and the dummies separately and royal icing the dummies to the real cake at the venue, never done anything like this before, thank you so much!
